Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop the site solution, three-party process, implement the SOP, and acceptance criteria. Be able to complete internal training and customer clarification.
2. Be responsible for the end-to-end business results of wireless project delivery, including survey, design, integration commissioning, and acceptance, and resolve major block problems in a timely manner.
3. Manage the wireless team in the project to ensure the achievement of project objectives and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop, review, and implement the solution for managing network operation changes, and be responsible for the stable and safety of the network.

Profil du poste

Work Qualifications?
1. Have a professional command of the delivery or maintenance process of wireless products and have experience in handling network problems.
2. Have solid background knowledge in the wireless communications field and have strong learning capabilities.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills, technical management experience is preferred.
4. At least 5 years working experience in the telecom field.
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing capability.
6. Telecommunication-related majors, Bachelor’s degree or above.
