MOBILE MONEY MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Mobile Money (MM) maintenance, include the Infra (X86 server, storage, lan-switch, Firewall, OS, Database, VM, FS), Software (Mobile Money).
2. Responsible for local maintenance team management, include the work arrangement, skills transfer, team structure buiding.
3. Responsible for the MM business data survey, configuration, test.
4. Responsible for the MM business integration (3rd Party Merchants, Banks, Billers etc.), includes Interface Clarification, Network Commission, Account Creation, Integration Support, Test Support.
5. Responsible for the MM technical issue solve, rectification, daily monitoring, KPI report, Spare part replacement and customer equipment follow up.
6. Responsible for the MM maintenance monthly summary report ouput, maintenance value presentation to customer.
7. Responsible for the MM planned maintenance jobs, include the health check, DR switchover test, dust clean, emergency recovery guide and topology update, emergency recovery drilling test etc.
8. Responsible for the MM maintenance document summary and update, include the cases sharing, guideness for typical issues etc.
9. Responsible for the MM maintenance communication with customer, include the issure tracking, RCA report output and communicate with customer, customer satisfaction management.

Profil du poste

Work Qualifications?
1. Familiar with X86 server, Oceanstore storage, swtich, Firewall, SUSE, Oracle, HW GaussDB, can do the hardware installation, make SUSE script and SQL command independently.
2. Familiar with private cloud, NFV, NFVI, Fusionsphere product.
3. Familiar with MM(Mobile Money) Products, service flow, structure.
4. Familiar with MM system installation, service commissioning, integration ,test and maintenance.
5. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory, the work language is English in Huawei.
6. 3 Years or above MM project maintenance experience is preferred.
