Description du poste

as described in the Job Code Mission: Manage technical support team according to contracts requirements and projects objectives. Ensure time cost quality project objectives are met, through direct coordination and management of the technical support team and close coordination with the relevant engineering product line central function. Support Management in defining, monitoring and updating activity strategy.

Perform regular visits on board the FPSO and report to the Operation Manager with specific emphasis on identifying and controlling critical operations.
Visit the FPSO to monitor the work, discuss maintenance plans, material, cargo and production with ship management.
Perform the technical inspection of the MOU in the City of Firenze FPSO or in other FPSO when requested.
Monitoring action plans (National Rules, SGSO, Helipad Inspection, Navy, Corrosion, Class, Flag etc.
Provide process assistance and production issues to the onshore Production Specialist and production superintendent for a technical interface.
Assist with in maintenance matters to onshore Maintenance Specialist, maintenance superintendent, for a technical interface.
Assist with in cargo and marine matters to the onshore Cargo Specialist and the cargo superintendent for a technical interface.
Provide technical support to the FPSO Operations Manager in planning critical activities such as scheduled stops.
Review technical approvals of proposal evaluations for services and materials, as well as memos.
Review the scope of work for the service provided by subcontractors.
Control "How built" documents according to the project procedure for the modification performed.
Monitor, consolidate and update the registration related to change management and when necessary to provide clarifications to Operations and Maintenance Head office functions.
Present and propose insurance cost estimates.
Propose and coordinate suppliers between cargo/maintenance/production depts.
Review with the maintenance engineer the backlog of the AMOS system to identify actions to be taken onshore/offshore.
Discuss and validate with the management on board the distribution of tasks between the FPSO workforce and the subcontractors' workforce.
Optimize with the computerized maintenance management engineer (CMMS) the stock for spare parts, work plans according to onboard REX data and the CMMS database.
Other duties that are correlated to the function as instructed by the Supervisor.
Need to be fully familiar and comply with Company Policies, Quality, HSE and all Procedures assigned to his title/position.

Profil du poste

Engineer Degree.
Preferable Postgraduate degree in maintenance, production, marine or project management and areas related to the O&G.
