Description du poste

Job Code Mission: Ensure full technical efficiency, by proper coordination of maintenance / upgrading activities, for the assigned unit in accordance with Class, international rules, Standard and with the offshore team. Coordinate cargo team, in compliance with schedule, cost, quality and safety standards.

Keeping contact with the flag representative for Marine inspections and living conditions to ensure renewal of the certificate in accordance with ILO resolution 92/133, by requesting annual inspection as provided for in the Convention of the International Labor Organization (ILO) 92.133 and 178 and for section 172(3) of the 1976 Merchant Marine Act recognized by the FPSO flag (Bahamas), before the expiration period of the current certificate.
Schedule, plan and coordinate inspection campaigns for: tank, Uwild survey, helipad, lifting equipment and accessories, lifting points such as eyes and monorails, in addition to cranes. Perform the task by requesting the purchase of material approved and/or certified by the class, according to regulations (ANAC 41/SIA and NORMAN 27, in the case of the helipad), as well as the hiring of specialized labor or the use of the on-board staff, to comply with company procedures and classification requirements, in line with the inspection calendar.
Plan and coordinate Inspection and certification of LSA, LB, FRB, by controlling the expiration date of certificates in a list managed by the Cargo Department and applying the current contracts for each item to be inspected in accordance with maritime requirements.
Manage and update the FPSO certification portfolio, including insurance, by controlling the expiration date of certificates in a list managed by the Cargo Department, requesting renewals from the insurance department.

Profil du poste

Qualification: Engineer Degree.
Preferable Postgraduate degree in maintenance, project management and areas related to the O&G or Marine sector

Knowledge: Coordinate planning and scheduling processes; Hydraulics; License Management; System and Offsite Utilities; Primary and wastewater systems; Process design; Reference market for products and technology; Product storage, transfer, and compressed BOG; Project cost estimation and risk assessment; Project Management Principles

Experience: Between 5 and 7 years.
