TALENT PARTNER is recruiting for an international mining company based in Côte d'Ivoire

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Under the hierarchical authority of the Group Chief Financial Operations, you are responsible of the quality of the figures and financial feedback through periodic reporting (annual, quarterly and/or monthly), and the analysis of the administrative and financial elements of the 'business. You are also responsible for planning and coordinating all accounting and budget monitoring operations.

You will carry out the following tasks:

• Ensure the compliance and reliability of the subsidiary’s social accounts, relying on a team of
accounting employees;
• Prepare the company's social and tax accounts and all related declarations;
• Lead the entire budgetary process in relation with the operational departments of the entity;
• Ensure and control the production and regularity of reporting for the group;
• Ensure cash management and relations with banks, organize financing ;
• Implement the operational declination, distribution and application at the local level of all
projects initiated by the Group Finance Department ;
• Manage overheads, human resources, secure administrative processes;
• Carry out certain one-off missions linked to the company's various projects.

Profil du poste

REQUIREMENTS

• BAC + 4/5 in Finance Accounting, Audit or any other equivalent diploma;

• Level of experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function, with a mandatory stint in an audit or accounting firm.

• Knowledge/Skills: desired professional experience in the mining or industrial field; good managerial skills; have a very good level of English (perfectly bilingual), etc.

• Qualities: ability to work completely independently and with great discipline, have negotiation skills, have a good spirit of analysis and synthesis, good ability to work under pressure. Have excellent relationships with financial contacts, investors, shareholders and any other external partners…
