FM ZONE MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

Overall In charge of FM operation of the Zone , Responsible for field SLA & KPI adherence.
Responsible for the acceptance of all Vendor’s sites, including the site assets and documents according to related processes.
Responsible for the disposal of TTs from NOC and resolution of the problems in time and feedback within agreed SLA.
Responsible for the implementation of PM plan and Hardware check list, including main equipment, power, generator etc.
Responsible for the routine management of assets, including site attendance management and timely report of asset change, loss and damage.
Responsible for the spare applications, use record of spare parts and consumables.
Responsible for the power consumption charge, maintenance of relationship with owner, and for keeping site environment tidy.
Field maintenance delivery quality surveillance, control and improvement in the zone.

Key targets:

Field related SLA/KPI achievement as per contract.
No man made incidents in zone.
Timely implementation of PM plan.
No Major security / EHS non- compliances.
Customer feedback survey score above 90%.

Profil du poste

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
5 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains. 2+ years in field maintenance.
Professional knowledge of field delivery processes.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
