Main Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Huawei Tools installed locally and the IT systems.
Manage and maintain the connectivity of the country toward GNOC and AUTIN in the Cloud.
support the GNOC Team in recovery of the connectivity using VPN, Remote access ..etc.
Support the GNOC Team in implementing a new UC.
Support the GNOC Team in integration of new EMS to AUTIN/PM ...etc.
Keep proper track of the identified risks and ensure early closure of single point of failures.
Key targets:
IT systems up time.
Connectivity MTTR
SLA achievement for new implementations / integrations.

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom/IT or relevant fields.
4 years + experience in any Telecom/IT specific domains.
Knowledge on service delivery processes.
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
