Main Responsibilities:
H&S (Health & Safety) , Ensure all resources in the field follow the Environmental health and safety policies.
Quality and environmental provisions
Conduct regular field audits to ensure the proper maintenance of sites. Publish audit results and ensure corrective actions.
Processes and associated sub-processes.
Prepare and submit monthly quality report.
Keep proper track of the identified risks in field management and timely closure
Key targets:
No EHS violation by vendor team members.
Timely submission of audit reports.
Timely submission of quality reports.
Timely closure of identified risks in field management.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
4 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains.
Knowledge on field maintenance processes.
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
