Description du poste

Responsible for the daily financial management, fund management, asset management and tax management of the Guinea branch, including:

1. Responsible for managing the expense reimbursement of company employees, including expense review, payment and accounting processing, ensuring that expenses are reasonable and compliant, and accounting is accurate and standardized;
2. Responsible for initiating receipts and payments such as checks and wire transfers to ensure the reasonable operation of the company's cash flow;
3. Responsible for the daily management of the company's bank accounts, including the calculation of account balances, payment of bank fees, and requesting bank account statements;
4. Review and account processing of new additions, depreciation and scrapping of fixed assets;
5. Inventory purchase cost accounting;
6. Assist the outsourcing firm in the company's daily accounting and preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring that the statements are accurate and submitted in a timely manner to complete the consolidated legal person statements at the subsidiary level;
7. Responsible for regular reconciliation with suppliers and customers to ensure the accuracy of transactions;
8. Understand the tax policies of the area under your jurisdiction, be responsible for various tax accounting and declarations, do tax planning, and maintain good relations with the local tax authorities;
11. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Profil du poste

Recommended Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills:

Strong financial management and accounting skills.
Excellent understanding of asset and fund management principles.
Good knowledge of local tax policies.
Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Conditions:

Position based in Guinea.

The candidate will not have expatriate status.
