Description du poste

1. Gain insights into changes and trends in the business of Government/Banking sector in Cote d'Ivoire. Explores business opportunities in the sectors, and guide customers’ budget and business strategies to support Huawei’s business growth.
2. Establishe, develop, maintain and promote the customer relationships of different levels. Manage customer expectations and improves customer satisfaction. Build a trustworthy and win-win partnership to support the achievement of Huawei's business goals.
3. Work as the Facilitator of customers' business success. Deeply understand customers' strategies and policies. Identify, guide, influence, and address customers' pain points, and provide solutions. Help customers achieve their own business success.
4. Work as the PD of the sales project team. Coordinate internal resources of Huawei, and lead the sales project team to achieve the sales target and improve customer satisfaction through effective project operation.
5. Ensure the Compliance in the end-to-end transaction and operation management of the sales project team, and effectively achieve business goals under the compliance requirements.

 

Profil du poste

1. Have at least 5 years' experience in working with the Telecom Industry, have been responsible for country/regional sales development, and have successful project experience.
2. Have the ability to gain insight into partners and customers, and be able to develop customer or sales project development plans based on insights.
3. Have successful experience in sales project development or customer relationship development. Have key customer relationships in the Government/Banking sector in Cote d’Ivoire. Be able to independently develop customers and maintain long-term cooperation.
4. Have a good command of pre-sales/post-sales project operation processes, be able to operate projects independently, and have successful experience in project expansion.
5. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory.
