The Network and Organization Coordinator is a key link between the machinery manufacturing company and its distributor network, ensuring that the products are effectively promoted, sold, and distributed in various territories. They must maintain a strong, productive relationship with distributors while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the company in the sector.

RESPONSABILITIES
Distributor Management :

·Follow and execute the action plans for established distributors in the machinery manufacturing sector.
·Monitor the activities and performance of the distributor network in Senegal, Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, and Guinea.
·Ensure distributors meet sales targets, product distribution, and customer service standards.

New Distributor Support :

·Provide exceptional support and guidance to the newly established distributors in their respective territories.
·Assist in the setup and onboarding of new distributors, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our machinery products.

New Distributor Onboarding:

·Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new distributors.
·Provide training and resources to new distributors to ensure they are well-equipped to represent and sell the company's machinery products effectively.

Territory Visits :

·Conduct monthly visits to different territories (Senegal, Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Guinea) to maintain strong relationships with distributors and assess their performance.
·Address any issues or challenges faced by distributors and provide solutions to enhance their effectiveness.

Sales Support :

Collaborate with distributors to develop sales strategies and marketing plans.
Assist in product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns to boost machinery sales.

Market Analysis :

·Stay updated on market trends and competition within the machinery manufacturing sector in each assigned territory.
·Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the company on product demand and potential business opportunities.

Reporting :

·Prepare regular reports on distributor activities, sales performance, and territory-specific developments.
·Communicate effectively with the company's management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Problem Solving :

·Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that may arise between distributors or between distributors and the company.
·Provide innovative solutions to improve distributor and network performance.

Quality Control and Compliance :

·Ensure that distributors maintain high-quality standards in product handling, storage, and distribution.
·Monitor distributor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Communication and Training :

·Facilitate effective communication between the company and its distributors.
·Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of distributors.

Strategic Planning :

·Contribute to the development of the company's sales and distribution strategy.
·Participate in the formulation of goals and objectives for the distributor network.

Performance Evaluation :

·Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate distributor performance against these benchmarks.
·Recommend changes or improvements to distributor agreements as necessary.

Travel :

·Be prepared to travel regularly to different territories to carry out visits, training, and support activities.

Profil du poste

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in distributor management, sales, or business development in the machinery manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently to different territories in the region.
Fluent in English and French (additional local languages a plus).
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the machinery manufacturing industry is a definite advantage.
