The TECNO LOCAL RETAIL SPECIALIST is in charge of capacity-building and KPI management of regional retail teams, as well as the management of product life cycle on retail, through the perfect execution of stores, image-building, driving the regional retail team to achieve the overall sales target of regional retail channels, key product sales target, and core customer sales target, and seize market share, enhance brand image and influence
.Responsible for the daily management, team building and assessment of brand retail-related business, enhance team retail capability
.Promote the brand's influence and market share on retail by KA the customer operation management, developing and implementing promotional activities, bundling core customers, PSI control, etc.
.Work with MKT and channel departments to carry out daily sales promotion activities GTM、 monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new products
.Set annual/quarter/monthly sales targets as required and follow up the progress
.Core store construction, operation, display, PSI、 staff skills upgrading, supervision and guidance
.Core customer visits, enhance the business relationships, and customer maintenance
Set goals and set incentive scheme
.Maintain close communication with regional brand managers and retail directors, with the communication of retail strategies, implementation standards, projects, implement and achieve goals under their guidance
Profil du poste
BAC+2 in Marketing Management, Gestion Commerciale, Communication
2 to 3 years of experiences in marketing and mobile phone selling company.
Bilingual French / English is necessary
