General Mission:
To provide high level administrative support for sales, marketing and distribution. Respond to enquiries of team members and ensure excellence in customer service.

TO DO:
• Support market insight collection and ensure database management to support the organization.
• Plan monthly, quarterly and annual performance monitoring data and ensure that all sales managers provide updates in a timely manner.
• Present this information in the format requested by the Senior Management Team
• Set up a digital roadmap for IVD Solutions in Africa (Webinar, visibility in pharmacies, ect…)
• Manage customer Complaint and ensure customer satisfaction review

TO HAVE:

Skills and Qualifications:
• Good team player with proven administrative support
• A proactive, “can do” attitude.
• Willingness to be flexible and to adapt to new demands in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to absorb, classify and arrange information appropriately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products

Education and Work Experience:
• Master’s degree Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Business Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in MNC organization dealing multiple departments.
• Experience in supporting the bid proposal preparation process
