Indexiom Foundation is a social initiative co-funded by the Indexiom group and international development partners aimed at improving the socio-professional integration of people with physical or mental disabilities.
As part of the construction of the Bartimaeus hatching center, The Indexiom foundation is recruiting a country director.

Type of contract: Part-Time , Partnership
Remuneration: 3% to 5% of the net profit realized on each market obtained by any hub of the agency
Bonus: to be discussed
Travel: From 5% to 10%

Principal duties and responsibilities:

Definition and management of the establishment project
-Build an establishment project in line with the development strategy and dynamics, driven by the managerial structure
-Define a commercial strategy according to the economic sector concerned and the potential needs of the targeted customers.
-Identify the technical means of implementing the project adapted to the profiles and types of disability of the people supported.
-Ensure good overall coordination of missions relating to economic activity on the one hand, and socio-educational support for people with disabilities on the other.
-Coordinate the monitoring, evaluation and development of the establishment project aimed at its sustainability.

Supervision of the productive activity of the company
-Organize production workshops and oversee the objectives of workshop leaders and monitors.
-Anticipate everyone's workload and plan daily activities.
-Optimize manufacturing or service delivery in terms of costs, deadlines, quality and quantity.
-Ensure the adaptation of workstations to people with disabilities.
-Regularly draw up dashboards and reviews of commercial activity.

Monitoring of socio-educational support for people received
-Organize the care of the disabled person and direct them towards a professional position suited to their profile and skills, in collaboration with the ARS and the CDAPHs.
-Guarantee the quality of support for the person by supervising the implementation of their personalized professional and medico-social project with the heads of educational departments.
-Identify and respond to training needs with a view to constantly improving the skills of those welcomed.
-Supervise the assessment and monitoring of the progress of each worker with a disability and consider a policy of integration into ordinary professional environments if necessary.
-Welcome, inform and manage relationships with the families of the people being supported.

Management of technical, educational and administrative staff
-Recruit technical and educational staff according to the commercial positioning of the company, the associative project of the structure and the type of public supported.
-Supervise the technical teams (workshop monitors) and educational teams (department heads) and maintain their good collaboration.
-Ensure and / or supervise the administrative management of human resources: planning management, evaluations, salaries ...
-Build and plan the training policy for technical and educational staff.

Regulatory and budgetary management of the establishment
-Ensure and / or supervise the financial management of the structure: operating budgets, investments, cost analysis, monitoring of revenues and expenses ...
-Manage the pricing of the establishment with the institutional authorities, mainly the ARS and the regulatory bodies.
-Monitor legislative developments in the health and social sector, sheltered work and support for people with disabilities.
-Implement and ensure the application of quality procedures, health and safety standards.
-Supervise the maintenance of the structure (installations, equipment, etc.).
-Implement the structure evaluation process.
-coordinate fundraising operations

Business development and prospecting
-Carry out strategic, commercial and technological watch actions.
-Fix and adapt the price of products or services according to market developments.
-Implement a dynamic commercial communication policy: website, mailing, presentation booklet, flyer, etc.
-Develop markets and identify new targets for potential customers: companies, local authorities, individuals, etc.
-Build customer loyalty by maintaining the quality of relationships.

Associative partnerships and transversal projects
-Work in close and regular relationship with the medico-social partners: specialized doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists…
-Develop and manage a partnership network within the disability sector and assistance through work.
-Contribute to the media coverage
-Get involved in the governing bodies of the managing associations of the sector

 

Requirements
-College Degree in psychology, psychiatry, public health, behavioral sciences, Arts, buildings, legal, management or related disciplines
-10+ years experience in socio-professional integration of people with physical or mental disabilities
-Strong desire to build a better world by making hatch the potential of people with physical or mental disabilities

Preferred
-phD degree
-International NGO or financial institution experience
-Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
-Strong knowledge and understanding of Technology
-Own a laptop and a smartphone with a constant internet connexion
-own a Wide B2C/B2B/B2B2C client portfolios
-knowledge in Market research & Data science
-knowledge in Web, Graphic, video & Motion Design
-knowledge in building projects
