EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT CROP SCIENCE

Description du poste

• Support the CCL in the whole part of his function, administrative part as well as contract part and in the follow-up of the strategic actions that the committees (steering committee, article committee...) have decided to implement;
• Provide the necessary support to meet business needs;
• Provide support to the CCL (administrative tasks, contracts, appointments…);
• Follow the actions scheduled in the Steering Committee, LT meetings and Article Committee;
• Ensure a good organization and filling all documents linked to the division activity;
• Boost the people for executing or setting up the actions decided during committees.

Profil du poste

▪ Bachelor degree minimum;
▪ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant;
▪ Integrity and confidentiality;
▪ Good knowledge of basic IT software;
▪ Communication and diplomacy skills;
▪ Good English level
▪ Flexibility: ability to anticipate.
