PROGRAM OFFICER, CUSTOMER SUCCESS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support to members
• Provide information and technical assistance to members implementing UTZ and/or Rainforest Alliance certification programs and/or using our traceability systems (Good Inside Portal, MarketPlace, Multitrace) and;
• Manage the customer satisfaction and the relationship with Rainforest Alliance members all along the supply chain and;
• Liaise with and support the Finance and Accounting department, in Côte d’Ivoire members invoice monitoring and;
• Ensure the regular update of Côte d’Ivoire members database.
Communication and training
• Provide relevant information to feed Rainforest Alliance (social) media communication and;
• Assist in delivering trainings and webinars to different user types of the Rainforest Alliance traceability systems.
Profil du poste
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master degree or higher;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations management (Account Management, Customer Service or similar);
• Customer service oriented and excellent communication skills;
• User literacy in IT systems (ERP / CRM or traceability)
• Accuracy, problem solving, proactive, hands-on;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken French and English, other languages are a plus;
