Description du poste

General:

• Check contract accuracy for social security purposes.
• Ensure all new employees’ contracts is prepared and submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Forward all new employee contracts to the National Institute of Social Security – INPS.
• Follow up with all work permits.
• Plan in advanced all training sessions.
• Keep & maintain records of new employees using HR dashboard.
• Manage timesheet processing to ensure staff are paid correctly.

Safety Management:

• Demonstrate personal commitment in regard to safety and environmental and Social Responsibility practices.
• Ensure that agreed procedures, safeguards and controls are applied and used.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with Company standards and procedures
• Ensure hazard management plans are observed.
• Keep statutory and internal reporting as required.

Profil du poste

• Bac+4 in Human Resources Management, law or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in similar level-roles
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mining industry
• Basic level of knowledge of local Labour & Social Security Laws
• French / English language skills essential
• Working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Sage
• Experience working in multicultural environment
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and build effective relationships and networks.
• Demonstrates strong conceptual skills, and be capable of developing lateral and practical solutions.
• Ability to respond to a changing work environment.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
• A reputation for integrity and ethics.
• Good communications skills (written & verbal).
