Description du poste
En tant qu'Ingénieur, vous aurez comme tâches:
- support informatique ( matériels et logiciels), y compris
dépannage pour le bureau, tablettes, ordinateur portable, imprimantes, périphériques, audiovisuel / conférence.
- Soutenir l'utilisateur dans la sauvegarde et la restauration de données locales
- support de garantie;
- Assistance hors garantie - réparation des appareils;
- maintenir les stocks;
- maintenance audiovisuelle / conférence;
- Installation, ajout, relocalisation de matériels
- Administration système, serveurs et réseaux
- Toutes tâches liées aux services informatiques
Type de contrat: CDD d'un (1) an.
Profil du poste
Special Requirements:
• All engineers will be asked to read and become familiar with the operational procedures
and site IT processes contained in a Runbook (Runbook will be provided)
• Engineers may be required to undergo a more thorough Health & Safety Check/Regulation dependent on the site location (This will be clarified beforehand)
Technical Skills:
• Experience level 2 (minimum 3 years of IT experience)
• Support for mainly but not limited: desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, AV/Conference
• Broad experience of IT with good understanding of Networks, Servers and Telecoms
Language(s): Engineer will be able to converse and communicate effectively
(written and verbal) in English language fluently and in local
language.
Certification in Microsoft, linux, Cisco would be an asset.
