LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN MARKETING, SALES MANAGEMENT

The Academic Department of Graduate School of Management seeks to appoint a PART-TIME Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Global Marketing & Sales Management to contribute to and enhance teaching, research and knowledge exchange in the Marketing Management and quantity surveying subject areas. We are looking for confident and reflective educators who are willing to adapt their style and delivery to the needs of different audiences and committed to providing a supportive learning environment. Reporting to the Associate Head of Department, the post holder, in addition to teaching, will be accountable for the quality of the student learning and assessment experience. The Teaching is expected to take place in English. It is also expected that the applicant can teach all the subject areas and at all levels, i.e. at both the undergraduate and the advanced level. The incumbent is expected to engage in the school's research as well as to initiate, organize and lead research projects. In addition, the senior lecturer activities shall be directed towards international scientific publications and research applications.
Profil du poste
Eligible applicants for the position should be both fluent in English and French and hold a Master, MA or PhD in Business Administration, with specialisation in Marketing Management, or have Degree deemed to be equivalent to such a Master or Doctorate.
Priority will be given in the first instance, to applicants who received a PhD or equivalent qualifications no more than three years before the closing date for applications. The applicant must have the ability to cooperate with colleagues as well as other abilities that are required in order to successfully meet the requirements of the position. Teaching proficiency should be demonstrated through teaching experience at the undergraduate or advanced levels. Teaching expertise should be well-documented and in a manner that makes it possible to assess the quality of the teaching activities.
