JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a zealous Marketing Assistant to support the executive department of our company in its primary and administrative duties.
The engineers would work on exciting, challenging and international projects that touch all parts of digital ecosystem. From arranging international event attendee to implementing digital marketing for the company, you’ll work with a small business teams to define, scope, design, and develop marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As management and marketing assistant, you’ll be the key members of the executive team, working on various subjects, from operation management to marketing:
 Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
 Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
 Assist in leading marketing and communication roadmap for the company, from client attraction and lead generation to client value maximization
 Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
 Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
 Write marketing literature (brochures, whitepaper, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
 Communicate directly with clients and partners, and encourage trusting relationships

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelors or Master in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent field from high business school, with strong academic record and 3-4 years’ experience
 Strong verbal and written communications skills is a must
 Ability to work off hours depending on project and customer requests
 Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

DIGITAL MARKETING REQUIREMENTS
 Master WEB Analytics tools and design: Google analytics, Adobe, MS Office, etc.
 Experience in strategy, marketing or operations for at least 1 years
 Strong project management skills
 High energy and eager to be empowered
 Proactivity, Productivity and performance driven
 Strong communication skills
 Well-presented
 Fluent in spoken and written English and French
