Role description The intern will be part of the Resource Management Group, team responsible for the internal / contract staffing of internal positions and guiding employees for career fulfillment. ACE Program general benefits include: Hiring perspective out of India after the internship; Main activities Managing the internal pool of employees with no assignments. Mapping employees to valid relevant open positions in the unit Staffing of internal/contractual employees Induction of new employees End-to-end management of unit trainees Planning & coordination of job drives for open requirements Managing business needs with associate aspirations Managing required parameters in specific ranges by manpower planning Employee pipeline management for planned requirements
Profil du poste
Considered candidates: a) Diploma of less than 2 years, to be eligible for INTERN VISA b) Good English c) Other required languages proficiency Backgrounds Business administration, Human Resources Skills AIESEC Leadership qualities Microsoft Excel, Relationship Management, Human Resources Study Levels : Bachelor, Masters
