Inside of our subsidiary operating in the rubber processing, we are looking for one Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability SUPERVISOR / RESPONSABLE DURABILITE.
Location & Direct Report:
Based in upcountry, under supervision of the Procurement General Manager.
Role Overview:
Support procurement operations with the development and leading of sustainability initiatives and activities through a proper planning, execution and reporting as per the business model.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Define and validate a proper framework and strategy for Rubber Sustainability aligned to Olam’s objectives and the business.
* Coordinate the realization of each initiatives, Implement an effective communication model inside the business.
* Reporting – Measure and monitor progress against sustainability plan / KPI , objectives and performance targets.
* Interface management for the company towards visitors, local authorities, and foreign customers
Profil du poste
Master degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Sociology or equivalent
A 7-year Experience in a similar position is required.
Abilities: Leading and monitoring of activities and operations, relationship management with farmers, capabilities to lead investigations and survey towards farmers, Marketing and Branding.
Applicants need to be to familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
An excellent level of English writing and speaking skills is mandatory.
