Summary of work:
The Program Manager (PM) is a member of the Senior Management Team and will play a senior leadership role in the HFHCI team. Report to the National Director, Head of Habitat for Humanity Côte d’Ivoire (HFHCI) program. As Head of Programs, the PM will have a strong understanding of the core elements of program planning and design, a clear vision for how best to support and embed good practice, and experience working to support innovative, impactful programming in diverse and complex contexts.
The post holder will be responsible for design, providing oversight of programming interventions, new project development and supporting the program team to develop, plan and manage programmatic activities aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the HFHCI.
Coordinate all the activities of the Department of Operations and the project supervisors, and the Housing Finance Officer in the management of communities and groups interested in HFHCI program. Working closely with the other heads of departments for the promotion and the development of HFHI program at the national level.
Ability to travel 40% of his working time.

Eligibilities and requirements Education
- Master degree in sociology, project management, social sciences, public health, engineering in Water and Environment - Infrastructures, or equivalent (Civil engineering preferred)
- Strong experience in Leadership and strategy is required.
- At least 7 years’ experience in project (/programme coordination) management in a major Non-Governmental Organizations or Bi/Multi-lateral organization.
- Work experience in cross-sector project management with Local NGOs or INGOs.
- Work experience in cross-sector project management with Local NGOs or INGOs.
- Development of program, projects, and designing of training; communities’ mobilization, and facilitating training workshops
- Additional experience in SHELTER and WASH sectors will be an added advantage
- Additional experience in AutoCAD or equivalent will be an added advantage,
- Additional experience in SPSS or equivalent will be an added advantage,
