Description du poste
- To perform Second-Line Maintenance support for all Core Network related troubles and associated elements.
- To Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network.
- To escalate the trouble ticket to Third Line when they cannot solve it and to aggressively follow it up until it gets solved.
- To ensure the utilization of new software updates, their practicality and availability.
- To accurately monitor the daily system Clear Codes and performing the best possible efforts for minimizing the occurrence
- To manage daily health check performance program of the network and its analysis, to report immediately in the case of any potential ambiguity.
Profil du poste
At least 4 years of working experience in fault management and diagnosis, remote fault resolution, performance & capacity monitoring, configuration management, etc Special Skills/ Knowledge:
Experienced and strongly knowledgeable on 2G/3G circuit switching network architecture & protocols Good negotiation and communication skills both verbally and orally, ability to work under pressure, strong leadership skills, great decision making and analytical thinking skills, expert in planning and organizing skills, hardworking and dedicated;
Able to work out of working hours for providing 24x7 technical support in the case any network outages or potential customer requests and to travel within the country.
Language Skills: Good command of English language.
