TRANSMISSION /WIRELESS/MICROWAVE ENGINEER
Description du poste
1.Undertake the delivery of technical solution for transmission projects independently
2. Conduct daily maintenance and routine support,
3. Analyze and solve ordinary transmission technical problems and ensure the quality and
punctuality of technical support as well as customers' satisfaction with the service provided.
4. Generate technical case studies and submit to R&D on a regular basis.
5.Acquire the basic knowledge of products of certain type
6. Familiar with service regulations. Able to complete the implementation of project based on services regulations; with guidance able to solve ordinary equipment problem, to communicate with customers and conduct training on equipment maintenance and operation.
7.echnical lead for project deployment optical projects mainly CWDM, DWDM, OTN, also MSTP, SDH, microwave
8.External and internal interface for technical project coordination
9.Provide level 2/level 3 technical configuration and support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team.
10.Knowledge transfer of transmission designer and other colleagues
11.Subcontractor training and certification, ensure rollout quality
12.Update of customer workflow & project mgmt. tools
13.Provide pre-sales support for testing, bidding or workshops
Profil du poste
1.Master in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Technician; at least 3 years practical experience in supporting or deploying optical project;
2.Knowledge of networking technologies such as CWDM, DWDM, ROADM, OTN, SDH, MSTP/ATM
3.Good knowledge of fiber/ OSNR/ PMD/ dispersion;
4.Expert for project delivery and engineering CWDM, DWDM projects
5.experience with datacom technologies Ethernet, TCP/IP, OSPF, MPLS
6.Preferred knowledge in operation systems as Windows and Linux
7.Fluency in English and french
8.Autonomous, strong learning and team cooperation ability;
