ARION CONSTRUCTION is recruiting a FRENCH & ENGLISH SPEAKING MINING OPERATIONS FIELD TRAINER who will be based on Ity mine site and who will be in charge of:
- Providing quality, timely and accurate training and technical support services to the Mining Department adhering to all statutory requirements and Company Safety, Health and Environmental standards and procedures,
- Reporting and scheduling of applicable training in an accurate and timely manner with an emphasis on auditing systems and training tools.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
- Equipment Operation Competencies that align with job requirements
- Computer based skills encompassing MS Office basic and moderate typing ability
- Current Driver’s License
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop operators and applicable leader
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills both in French and English
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and assertiveness with the ability to implement change
- Report writing and training planning skills
