TECHNICAL TRAINER MOBILE MAINTENANCE
Overview
We are currently seeking to engage a highly motivated Technical Trainer- Mobile Maintenance to join the team at our Bonikro operations in Côte d’Ivoire.
Reporting to the Superintendent-Mobile Maintenance, the Technical Trainer will be responsible for:
• Develop and implement a maintenance technical training program to enhance technical knowledge and skills of the Mobile Maintenance technicians
• Develop annual training budget and reports actual performance against budget and plan, initiate corrective actions when deviating from plan
• Develop work plans to prioritise tasks and effectively allocate resources to support the delivery of annual training objectives
• Develop training material for all Mobile Maintenance sections
• Develop and administer assessment tools to confirm competency
• Review and improve the Mobile Maintenance training matrix
• Identify key deficiencies in crew skills and plan to close the gaps
This is fixed term position that will work a 6 weeks on 3 weeks off roster located in Bonikro.
About you
• Relevant Trade Qualifications in Plant Mechanics.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in mining, open pit operations, Mobile Maintenance
• Previous experience in the Maintenance of Earthmoving Equipment
• Good knowledge of Maintenance activities including Condition Monitoring
• Good analytical, organizational, planning and problem solving skills
• Fluency in both English and French is essential for the role
