Job Description
The intern will be in charge of providing support in one of our projects with French speaking clients, working closely with both the customer and the team in India.
Activities
User access issues beyond account lockout/password resets (Application security administration).
Maintain knowledge base on supported systems
Provide advice and guidance on system usage and support for systems and tools.
Analysis to provide guidance on impacts of proposed changes in code or system usage
Maintain/Modify scheduled batch jobs
Root cause analysis of system failures in applications, integration or reporting tools
Break-fix activities involving code changes in applications, integration or reporting tools
Profil du poste
Age compris entre 18 et 29 Ans Etudiants ou Récents Diplômés (H/F) Excellent niveau dans la pratique de l'Anglais Visa du pays et Vaccin à jour (INHP) Formation dans le domaine des admnistrations d'Entreprises et du Marketing
