TRAINING RESPONSIBLE (W/M)
Description du poste
In order to ensure all training and development programs, OLAM Cote d'Ivoire is looking for one Training Responsible based in Abidjan.
As the key interface in this field, the incumbent of this position is expected to :
- Collect and gather all training needs expressed from each department as per branches
- Design the training plan, organize and to coordinate its performing
- Assist the managers regarding the training needs from their respective staff
- Manage the relationship with the local institute and HR consulting firms dedicated to that
- Ensure the post-training assessment and the one in real time
- Check that all reimbursements are completed
- Monitor budget allowed to each training plans as per branches
- Organize, and to coordinate the execution of developments plans in force inside the group
Profil du poste
- Must be proficiency in both languages (English and french)
- Used to MS Office and mainly Excel, Powerpoint
- To have a good relationship with the internal and external consumers
- Experienced with at least 5 years in HR development, whose 3 years in the training field.
