Recruiting for Multinational Company operating in Industry Sector
GRADUATE TRAINEE - INDUSTRY
(One year fixed term contras renewable - Position based in Abidjan)
Reporting to the Industry Manager for the region and the Asset Manager, you will be focused on aspects related to engineering and operations and the optimization thereof to ensure maximum efficiency of the asset.
Main activities:
You will be responsible for a variety of engineering / operations functions including, but not limited to, planned maintenance, capital projects, machine setup, throughput optimization, operational parameters, updating and maintaining technical information, problem solving, developing and maintaining best operating procedures / practices, liaison with other similar ope-rations in the group with the aim of identifying improvement opportunities and updating local processes/ procedures, budget compilation and control, legal compliance to the relevant legislation and standards and any other assigned tasks.
Profile :
- Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Engineering from recognized University / Institute or equivalent;
- No experience required in this graduate role; however, 1 year of experience within a manufacturing or related industry would be a plus.
Qualities required: leadership, management, autonomy, rigour, organisation, anticipation and planification. Fluency in English is required and good knowledge in IT environment are required.
