Citi Africa is looking for Management Associates to join our flagship Africa Programme in Cote d’Ivoire. This Management Associate programme is a leadership development programme with structured rotations across the Citi franchise where participants receive growth opportunities, customized training curricula, formal mentorship by business leaders, and dedicated program management.
We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Africa Programme trains and grows key players in today’s changing economic environment, and will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to make an impact in the African economy. The 18-month programme starts in October in Johannesburg with classroom-based training covering soft and business skills. After initial training, participants will join local offices to complete their rotations,
Your time here will look something like this.
As Management Associate you will receive a comprehensive understanding of Citi’s offerings in the African market and will complete rotations in the following business areas
- Operations
- Finance
- Treasury and Trade Solutions
- Risk
- Banking
We want to hear from you if…
- You have obtained your undergraduate, 2:1, or Master’s degree in any discipline
- You have a maximum of 2 years of work experience
- You are a citizen of Cote d’Ivoire
- You have strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
