RESPONSABLE IT ONSITE

Jumia Côte d’Ivoire cherche le candidat suivant:
Position: Responsable IT onsite
Main responsibilities:
- Support all Jumia departments on IT matters
- Internet network configuration and monitoring
- Helpdesk and troubleshooting with all IT devices & softwares used for work purposes
- Conduct systems maintenance
- Coordinate with central team in Paris for upgrades local implementation, staff training for new features and bug fixing
- Manage IT infrastructure and software for call center
- Set up and maintain call center IT infrastructure : server, PABX, software
- Configure call center software according to business needs: queues, routing, etc.
- Configure dashboards and performance tracking
- Train teams to software usage
- Coordinate with IT reps. in other countries, share best practices
Experience and requirement :
- BAC+3 to BAC+5 (Specialization in IT / technology field)
- >2 years experience in IT
- Knowledge of call center infrastructure and software : E1/T1, PABX/IPBX, Elastix/Asterisk
- Excellent knowledge of excel
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS is a plus
- Hard working, extremely motivated to contribute to the quick growth of Jumia
- Great autonomy, willing to take initiatives and evolve to a managerial position
