Key Accountabilities including but not limited to:
Description
- To win and maintain sufficient business to deliver, as a minimum, annual sales targets as defined in the Budget by Identifying and addressing distributors and potential clients in defined area.
- Ensure effective customer management by building strong and ongoing business relationships across all accounts at all levels to sustain loyalty and provide highest levels of customer service through the sales teams.
- Stay knowledgeable with competitor products and pricing, promotions and category/customer share to anticipate any macro/micro market developments and communicate with co workers; monitor competitors' activity and implement plans to ensure we retain competitive advantage and stay ahead.
- Identify the marketing requirements of the sales effort, and make recommendations and contributions to allow the marketing resource deliver required assistance in terms of media, presentations, use of website, representation at appropriate events, communication with customers and prospects
- Following up ongoing projects, meeting consultants/architects to achieve new business opportunity
- Recommend the gaps in the market or opportunities for product offerings that have potential and could be added in the company portfolio.
- Managing clients and distributor's stock till delivery from Production
- Report clearly and concisely on a regular basis in order to ensure the management team is well versed with regard to the business's issues and the markets in which it is operating.
- Responsible for monitoring of payments and collection of receivables from the privileged clients/distributors
- Guide, lead the sales team to achieve their Business Target
Performance Indicator
- Achievement of business target, % of new business
- Number of new client added in the list and number of dead clients.
- Report on competitor's activity, plan business strategies in line with market trend
- Number of proposals developed along with Marketing
- List of consultants and architects
- Number of new ideas generated from Market analysis
- On time delivery of sales order
- Report on Business achievement, deferred delivery
- Payment status of supplied goods to the privileged clients
