About the Role
Carlcare Technology is seeking a Senior SSC Specialist – HR Operations to support HR operations across French-speaking countries in West Africa. The successful candidate will ensure efficient HR administration, employee data accuracy, compliance with local labor regulations, and excellent HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding).
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Support attendance management and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Support regional HR projects and digital transformation activities.

Profil du poste

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration.
Professional proficiency in English and French.
Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
