•Content Creation: Script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that showcase product features in a lifestyle context.
•Community Management: Engage with our followers, respond to comments/messages in a timely manner, and build a loyal online community.
•Trend Jacking: Stay ahead of local Ivorian and global digital trends (sounds, challenges, memes) and adapt them to our brand.
•Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly reports on social media growth and campaign performance.
Profil du poste
•Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Content Creation.
•Gender: Female (Preferred for lifestyle & OOTD-focused content representation).
•Language: Native-level French and professional working proficiency in English (ability to coordinate with regional/global teams).
•Video Skills (Priority): Strong ability to film with a smartphone and edit using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
•Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the TikTok and Instagram algorithms, especially in the West African context.
•Cultural Fit: Knowledge of the Ivorian "Nouchi" culture and local consumer behavior to create relatable content.
•Aesthetic Sense: A keen eye for photography, styling, and visual storytelling.
