Job Responsibilities:
1. Internal Process: Initiate and monitor the internal process, support the review and approval during bidding, contract sign and contract change.
2. Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and redline a wide range of commercial agreements. Including but not limited to: Contracts, NDAs, MOUs.
3. Negotiation Lead: Act as the primary commercial negotiator, representing the company's interests with clients, partners, and suppliers. Develop negotiation strategies and secure favorable terms on pricing, scope, deliverables, timelines, liabilities, and risk allocation.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, legal, financial, and operational risks within contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Delivery, and Procurement teams to ensure contract terms are feasible, understood, and implemented correctly.

Profil du poste

Work Qualifications：
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Background in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Have Huawei backgrounds or experiences in cooperation with Huawei, and familiar with Huawei internal processes is preferred. Have Chinese company work experiences is preferred.
2. Able to read/speak Chinese/English fluently is mandatory.
3. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of commercial contract law principles and standard terms is preferred. Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-value negotiations.
4. Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can build strong relationships internally and externally. Target-oriented, team player, harder worker, a hands-on person is very much welcomed.
