Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Managed end-to-end recruitment support, including posting jobs, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire inductions.
• HR Administration & Data: Maintained accurate employee records, processed employment contracts, and managed HR databases (HRIS) to ensure compliance.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Assisted with payroll preparation by tracking attendance, hours worked, and leave records.
• Employee Relations: Served as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Policy Compliance: Supported the implementation of HR policies and ensured all documentation met data protection regulations.
Key Skills
• Software: HR Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Data management, confidentiality, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, active & willing to learn.
• Interpersonal: Communication, organizational skills, confidentiality, and time management.

Education background:
Bachelor degree is required,
• Language:
• English & French is a must
• Work experience: At least 2 to 3 years’ experience as HR assistant.
