Responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of Mobile Money products, including fault recovery, change implementation, alarm handling, etc., and responsible for clarifications, configurations, etc., of BOS.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor and handle alarm, BOS configuration, Report handling ,Incident handling, Change handling. Problem handling
Be responsible for continual service improvement,

Experience / education requirements
Bachelor’s/ Advanced degree
Computer/Software-related major
Familiar with English/French
Familiar with linux/DB
2+ years Software Product Maintenance Experience
Mobile money experience
Good communication skill
Other requirement: ITIL certification is preferred
