_Roles and Responsibilities
Overall Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the supporting tools for the Mobile Money software project, including IMOC maintenance, report development, dashboard development, ticket process configuration, account management, and integration and debugging between IMOC and surrounding EMS/OSS systems such as DV, ManageOne, and Oceane.
Key responsibilities
Maintenance ITSM tool, like deploy/upgrade/fix component issue, etc.

Maintenance account which belong this tool.
Develop and maintenance ITSM process.
Develop and maintenance Report/Dashboard
Integration with other EMS/OSS tools
Other Features of the Role:
Hardworking, diligent, and proactive
On demand support during non-working hours
Profil du poste
Experience / education requirements:
Bachelor’s/ Advanced degree
Computer/Software-related major
Familiar with English/French
Familiar with JS/SQL/JAVA
Familiar with common ITSM tools, like Oceane/Jira, etc.
2+ years Software Product Maintenance Experience
Mobile money experience is preferred
Good communication skill
Other requirement: ITIL certification is preferred
