Roles and Responsibilities
Overall Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of Mobile Money products, including fault recovery, change implementation, alarm handling, etc., and responsible for clarifications, configurations, etc., of BOS.
Key responsibilities
1) Monitor and handle alarm
2) BOS configuration
3) Report handling
4) Incident handling
5) Change handling
6) Problem handling
7) Be responsible for continual service improvement
Other Features of the Role:
a) Hardworking, diligent, and proactive
b) On demand support during non-working hours
Profil du poste
Experience / education requirements:
Bachelor’s/ Advanced degree
Computer/Software-related major
Familiar with English/French
Familiar with linux/DB
2+ years Software Product Maintenance Experience
Mobile money experience
Good communication skill
Other requirement: ITIL certification is preferred
