Job Responsibilities:
Overall Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of IT equipment supporting the Mobile Money software project, including servers, storage, operating systems, databases, middleware, networks, virtualization, etc. This includes database recovery from anomalies, primary/standby switchover, tablespace expansion, backup and recovery, SQL optimization, etc.
Key responsibilities
1) Create and maintenance VM
2) Maintenance CPU/Memory/Disk, expand, etc.
3) Maintenance DBA, expand tablespace, Primary/Standby Switchover, etc.
4) Configure and maintenance network
5) Configure and maintenance firewall
6) Configure and maintenance storage
a) Hardworking, diligent, and proactive
b) On demand support during non-working hours
Profil du poste
Work Requirements:
Bachelor’s/ Advanced degree
1. Computer/Software-related major
2. Familiar with English/French
3. Familiar with linux/DB/network/firewall/storage
4. Familiar with IaaS/PaaS/middleware
5. 2+ years Software Product Maintenance Experience
6. Mobile money experience is preferred
7. Good communication skill
8. Other requirement: ITIL certification is preferred
