The Lecturer in Successful Leadership will teach leadership concepts and practices within the Global MBA. The role involves helping students develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership approaches suited to complex organizational environments. The lecturer will guide professionals in understanding ethical leadership, communication, team dynamics, and decision-making under uncertainty.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver weekly evening online sessions and in-person Saturday classes.
Prepare and update course materials, slides, readings, and applied exercises.
Facilitate reflective learning, leadership assessments, and coaching-style exercises.
Teach leadership theories, communication strategies and team management techniques
Use real-world leadership case studies and simulations.
Lead discussions based on global and African business cases.
Assess student performance through assignments and projects.
Provide timely, constructive, and developmental feedback
Maintain alignment with Abidjan Bloom and the University of London academic standards.
Provide academic administrative support for the module when needed.

Creating psychologically safe and high-trust teams

8. Leading Change and Organizational Transformation

Profil du poste

Qualifications & Experience / Desired Profile
PhD or MBA in Leadership, Management, Psychology, or related field.

At least 5 years of leadership experience or postgraduate teaching experience.
Excellent English required; French is an asset
Experience with executive training or coaching is an advantage.
Strong communication and facilitation skills
