1 Release Deployment Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute production deployments following established change management procedures
• Collaborate with development teams to validate release readiness and deployment scripts
• Maintain deployment schedules and communicate release timelines to stakeholders
2 Monitoring and Alarm Management
• Set up appropriate thresholds and escalation procedures for system alerts
• Respond to and triage system alarms in accordance with SLA requirements
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring alerts and implement preventive measures
3 Incident Response and Management
• Serve as primary responder for production incidents during assigned shifts
• Follow incident response procedures and maintain detailed incident documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response teams and communications
• Perform post-incident reviews and contribute to improving incident response processes
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution according to SLAs
• Maintain incident tracking systems and generate incident reports for management
4 Offer Configuration and Management
• Configure and maintain mobile money service offerings including pricing, limits, and rules
• Implement changes to promotional campaigns and special offers as requested by business teams
• Validate configuration changes in test environments before production deployment
• Monitor the impact of configuration changes on system performance and user experience
• Maintain documentation of all configuration parameters and change procedures
• Coordinate with product and business teams to understand offer requirements
5 Documentation and Process Improvement
• Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation and runbooks
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and team training activities
• Maintain configuration management documentation and change logs
• Document lessons learned from incidents and operational activities

6 Required Qualifications
7 Technical Skills
• 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration and operations
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation
• Experience with deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Good understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
8 Soft Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical and business teams
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
9 Working Conditions
• This role requires participation in an on-call rotation schedule
• Occasional after-hours work may be required for deployments and maintenance
• Must be available for emergency response during critical incidents
• Some travel may be required for training or cross-site coordination
