IP Infrastructure Provider Support
Define, implement and manage telecom, 4G, VSAT, FTTH, FH, AN and complex data center network infrastructure
projects from design to delivery.
The PMO will have a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring their alignment with the
company's strategic objectives. These may be infrastructure deployment projects (fibre optics, 4G radio, fh, vsat),
service improvement (telephony, Internet) or the development of new offers.
The PMO will be involved in digital transformation projects and the deployment of new technologies
I/ Technical activities
• Initiates, pilots and controls projects throughout their life cycle and closes them
• Ensures project schedule and deliverables are produced and manages vendors
• Manages the scope of the project,
• Implementation of processes, methods and tools for effective project management.
• Implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), analysis of results, proposal of
improvements on the performance of projects in its portfolio.
• Manages change management and seeks the best management, adequacy between quality, costs and
deadlines to ensure Time To Market (TTM)
• Estimates and manages the project budget
• Constitutes and manages the actions of the project managers
• Drives communication and reporting to stakeholders
• Monitors the load of all project resources and anticipates peaks in activity
• Supports the transition from project to operation
II/ Administrative / Organizational Activities
• Drafts and updates project procedures.
• Organizes teams and project work.
• Organizes and plans work meetings (steering committee, project team, etc.).
• Manages the archives and monitoring of projects (Service Offers, Contracts, Specifications, Calls for Tenders,
Exchange of Letters, etc.)

• Writes minutes of meetings, reports of work, progress reports of
projects and then distribute them to the member of the steering committee.
• Keeps all the documentation necessary for his or her function up to date.
• Ensures the financial follow-up of the project
• Explains to users the orientations of the project and collects their opinions and needs.
• Makes a wide communication about the projects.

• Loss of turnover due to non-delivery of structuring projects on time

Profil du poste

Conditions of Access to the Position
BAC+4/5 in Telecoms, IT or equivalent and with (5) years of experience as a PMO of Telecom and network
infrastructure projects.
Desired skills Knowledge
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies
• Good knowledge of LAN, MAN, WAN, 4G, LTE, FH, VSAT, FTTH network architecture
• Good knowledge of ZTE Radio, FTTH, Data Center, Network Security, IP/MPLS Networks
• Good knowledge of network and telecom infrastructures and Linux and Windows environments
• Good level of English
