Description du poste

1. Regional administrative service procurement category management—Vehicle/Travel/ Facility Management
(1) Strategy development and implementation: Independently develop strategies for the category for two to three years and coordinate with related departments to effectively implement the strategies.
(2) Supply resource layout: Properly allocate the supplier resources of the corresponding category in the Cote d'Ivoire to meet the development needs of two to three years.
(3) Key projects: Take the lead in the planning and negotiation of key procurement projects of the category in charge.
(4) Build procurement capabilities of the category in Cote d'Ivoire, and develop professional procurement capabilities of employees in the region during project implementation.
2. Support and manage the administrative service procurement business of the corresponding rep office.
(1) Procurement strategy: Guide and assist in developing procurement strategies for key categories and core projects of the administrative service procurement business of rep offices.
(2) Supplier qualification and selection: Guide and assist core supplier qualification and supplier selection for core projects.
(3) Supplier resources: Deploy supplier resources in advance and guide and assist the rep office in preparing supplier resources for administrative service procurement business.
(4) Supplier management: Guide and assist in building organizational relationships with key suppliers, push both parties to resolve cooperation issues in a timely manner, and improve Huawei's position as a customer.
(5) Internal control: Be responsible for the internal control maturity of the administrative service procurement business of the rep office.
(6) Team management: Develop administrative service procurement capabilities and manage teams in the rep office to ensure efficient operations.

Profil du poste

Professional Knowledge:
1. Familiar with the operation of related business modules of Vehicle/Travel/ Facility Management.
2. Have Team management capability, category procurement strategy development capability, resource planning and cost optimization solution design capability, key project procurement strategy development capability, data analysis capability, and forward-looking insight capability.
Professional skills:
Have a good command of procurement methodologies, processes and IT systems, business knowledge, basic compliance management requirements, project management knowledge, category knowledge, and financial knowledge.
1. More than 3 years of international or local top company’s procurement experience, administrative service procurement experience will be preferred.
2. Good communication and negotiation skill, sensibility of team work and cooperation
3. Willing to hard work, accept business travel to other countries with the business request, accept the result orientation
4. Proficiency in office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
