Ensure network continuous improvement, high customer satisfaction and business compliance within domain through professional service, including
· Change management compliance
· Customer’s satisfaction
· Health Check for key Nodes
· Critical Fault & Problem Management Support
· TAC Coordination to resolve fault within SLA
· Mid & High level change management support
· Predictive Technical analysis
· Service provisioning and design of new services
· Detail DWDM solutions and configurations review
· Cross domain expert and solution architect.
Profil du poste
Education: bachelor's degree in telecommunication, computer science, eletronics or related field.
Experience: minimum 2 years of experience.
