1. End-to-End Export Operations
- Manage full logistics cycle for cashew kernel exports, including booking shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs clearance and delivery to international clients.
- Liaise with factories, transporters and carriers to ensure on-time production, packaging and shipment.
- Make delivery plan based on coordination with factories and logistics team to arrange delivery
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
2. Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and verify export documents (Proforma invoice, Packing list, BL, COA, COO, phytosanitary certificates etc)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (e.g., pesticide residue limits, FDA/EU food safety standards).

Profil du poste

1. Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in export logistics/freight forwarding, preferably in food/agriculture
- Proficient in Incoterms 2020, payment procedures
- Fluent in English (written/spoken);
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel for logistics tracking).

2. Personal Attributes
- Meticulous, adaptable, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills for logistics exceptions (e.g., port congestion, documentation rejections).
