1. Take the lead in Mobile Money and Mini-App service operation, formulate business development plans and operation strategies, take responsibility for routine operation, and take responsibility for business development and operation objectives.
2. Participate in and guide carriers/partners to jointly develop and execute business plans.
3. Be responsible for daily operation activities. Regularly monitor data metrics, be skilled at SQL, submit related operation data reports and suggested solutions, plan and write activity solutions, and propose objectives and achieve expected results.
4. Promote the optimization and fast iteration of products and operation tools, improve user experience and loyalty, and achieve sustainable business growth and business continuity.
5. Collaborate with partners to build a business ecosystem to achieve win-win results. Maintains daily partnership relationships and promotes the efficiency improvement of operation platforms such as reconciliation and settlement.

Profil du poste

1. Master Degree, 3 years of Experience, Have strong understanding of customers and have the capability of analyzing and designing software product requirements.
2. Have good communication skills and be good at cross-department collaboration or business negotiation and cooperation with multiple channels.
3. Have good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Be sensitive to issues and have strong driving force.
4. Strong learning ability and strong interest in new technology.
5. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory
