* Lead, coach, and develop a 20-person sales team
* Implement strict sales and follow-up processes
* Continuously analyze results and fix issues without delay
* Install a pure performance culture with sharp KPIs
* Maintain an unwavering standard of commercial and operational excellence

💰 Compensation
* Fixed salary + Unlimited Variable Bonuses
Your performance will define your earnings — you can double or even triple your salary based on your results.

🧬 Ideal Profile
* Minimum Bac+4/5 (Master’s Degree or equivalent) in Business, Management, or related fields
* Mandatory experience: at least 2 years managing sales teams at a director level
* Native-level French or perfect French proficiency is non-negotiable
* Strong professional appearance and excellent oral/written communication skills
* Natural leadership, with the ability to inspire, lead, and transform teams
* Strong nerves, high analytical skills, and fast problem-solving under pressure
* Fluent English (C2 or native equivalent)
