JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation and follow-up of all operations related to lending policies in accordance with established procedures and standards.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to enhance corporate image and brand awareness.
Manage and coordinate communication campaigns across online and offline platforms to ensure effective messaging.
Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Maintain and manage relationships with media and communication agencies.
- Monitor and analyze communication campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communication channels.
- Design and manage the overall marketing strategy for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring successful market introduction and customer adoption.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all activities.
- Oversee brand portfolio management, including both new and existing brands.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities and field action programs to drive sales.
- Develop and execute training programs on marketing strategies and market analysis.
Profil du poste
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing and communication role, preferably in a managerial position.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and communication principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficient in marketing software and tools such as MS Office, SAP, and digital marketing platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and initiative-taking approach.
